I found a program that sorts by color (like for backgrounds, etc.) at the time I thought it was neat but got rid of it. Now that I have tons of stuff to sort I would love be able to pick by color and just look at the blue ones. Has anybody heard of this kind of program? It was free to try at least, prob freeware. Please let me know if that was just a dream or does it really exist? :07:

If you find it I want it. Sounds great. I have about 6,000 sheets of digital paper and can never find anything.:09:

Me, too. Most of my stuff is sorted by designer & site name, but when I started, I took kits apart and put them in folders labeled Backgrounds, tags, ribbons, etc. I could really use a sort-by-color program for that folder!

It is called Picasa, It is from google and is free. search google and it will come up PICASA2 . I had it all along, just forgot it did color sort. it is kinda hidden. to get to the color sort option go to TOOLS then EXPERIMENTAL, then choose SEARCH FOR, then whatever color. It loads all graphic files in when you start it (takes a while - set it only for files you want color sorted) and It is not perfect(has no brown - so they end up in green or yellow) but Does help narrow down choices.

This is awesome! I didn't know Picassa did this and I have had it all along too. Thanks for the info!
